Essex demolition firm stays loyal to Terex Finlay

Terex Finlay J-960 mobile crusher

RB Haigh strengthen recycling equipment line-up with new compact J-960 mobile crusher

DUNMOW-based RB Haigh have taken delivery of a new Terex Finlay J-960 mobile plant featuring the proven Terex direct drive single-toggle jaw crusher, which is said to deliver high levels of productivity with large reduction capacities.

Supplied by Finlay Plant South East, the machine is crushing concrete and helping to process waste material down to 50mm and below, with the end product being used on construction projects in Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

The J-960 features a heavy-duty hopper with integrated vibrating grizzly and pan feeder as standard, and its compact size, superior mobility and high crushing capacity - even at tight settings in recycling and hard rock operations - means the J-960 is well suited to the needs of small- to medium-sized operators.

The machine’s robust high performance single-toggle jaw crusher provides high capacity with large reduction ratios, while the direct drive jaw chamber delivers efficient production and application versatility.

RB Haigh already run two Terex Finlay screens, an 888 and 863, and the latest investment in the J-960 unit is an example of the company’s firm commitment to running a well-equipped recycling facility with modern plant, to ensure high environmental standards are met.

Leon Sheehy, managing director of Finlay Plant South East, commented: ‘The J-960’s compact size, quick set-up times, ease of transport and user-friendly operational features make it an ideal choice for operators.’

Russell Haigh, co-owner of RB Haigh, added: ‘We are always impressed by the Terex Finlay machines; they are well built and engineered. As well as the quality of the machines, we also benefit from the service and technical support of Finlay Plant South East, which we value.’
