Double success for Conexpo NI Ltd
Brothers David and Adam McCluskey complete Level 6 SHE Management diplomas simultaneously

The brothers completed their diplomas simultaneously over a seven-month period.
The competency award required completion of 14 individual units covering administrative and operational skills and knowledge, including promotion of culture, training, implementing improvements, risk assessment, incident investigation, and management of blasting operations, along with management of third-party accreditation systems, decision-making, and public relations.
Conexpo NI Ltd were founded in 1991 by the McCluskey brothers’ grandfather and have traded successfully since then. The company currently exports more than 1 million tonnes per annum of high-PSV aggregates to the mainland, with both brothers managing production units in Northern Ireland for the export market.
David Johnston commented: ‘Both of these young men worked diligently to demonstrate their competence and increase their knowledge and understanding of key industry principles and concepts. I offer my congratulations to both of them and wish them success in their future careers.’
