Doosan strengthen French dealer network
Somatec MTPI and Sofemat appointed as exclusive dealers for east and west of France respectively
DOOSAN Infracore Europe have made changes to the company’s dealer network in France with the appointment of Somatec MTPI and Sofemat as new exclusive Doosan dealers in the east and west of France respectively. Doosan‘s French dealer network now consists of 21 independent dealers covering all of the country and its overseas territories.
According to Doosan, market share gains were made across all segments in France in 2020, so the strengthening of the French dealer network is intended to maintain this momentum.
The two new dealerships will offer their customers the entire Doosan range, both compact and heavy line, including: wheel loaders; articulated dumptrucks; mini, crawler and wheeled excavators; and all attachments, accessories and spare parts available from Doosan.
Doosan will strengthen their position in the east of the country through Somatec MTPI, a member of the Somatec Group, specialists in the sale, rental and repair of equipment for the construction, industrial and agricultural markets. The dealer has eight branches and a team of more than 135 employees, including 35 mobile engineers.
Sofemat – a subsidiary of the TPM Group, a company specializing in the distribution, service, repair and rental of construction, handling and recycling equipment – operate from nine branches and are recognized in the west of France for their expertise in heavy equipment.
