Doosan preferred bidder for Daewoo
DOOSAN Heavy Industries Ltd, one of Korea’s largest conglomerate power plant engineering companies, have been selected as the preferred bidder for Daewoo Heavy Industries, the world’s fourth largest supplier of excavators. The takeover bid, worth $1.6 billion, is expected to be completed this month (December).
