Imer Direct (GB) have delivered the UK’s first truckmixer equipped with an LT555 telescopic delivery chute to the concrete division of the Hogan Group. Designed to increase the vehicle’s operational versatility, the robust, stainless steel chute hydraulically extends to a maximum 4.5m, which can be further expanded to 5.5m with the addition of a funnel end piece. The lightweight chute is easy to move both vertically and radially to meet the individual requirements of varying worksites. Commenting on the acquisition, transport manager Gary Hogan said: ‘As part of our policy to provide our customers with the very best possible service, we chose Imer’s telescopic chute option on this occasion to make concrete deliveries both quicker and easier.’
