Company links up with Mascus to launch new online classified site for selling second-hand heavy plant and equipment

DEVELON Europe, formerly known as Doosan Construction Equipment, have launched a brand-new e-commerce platform for the company’s dealers, as well as end-users and contractors to sell and procure used equipment from all brands on the market.

Luca Perlati, manager at Develon Europe’s newly created remarketing division, said: ‘Develon's equipment business has grown significantly over the last few years and having the best and most up-to-date tools to record, manage, and sell new and used equipment is very important to maintain growth, gain market share, and to increase Develon's brand awareness.’

 

The South Korean OEM will be focused on ensuring that its dealer network is equipped with the most advanced remarketing tools available to provide the best service to customers and to be competitive in the used equipment market, which is expected to continue to grow in the coming years.

Develon Europe’s new online used equipment platform has been established through a project with Mascus, a provider of used equipment management tools and Europe's leading online classified site for buying and selling used heavy machinery and industrial vehicles. 

Through this collaboration, Develon Europe has been able to ensure that quality used machinery, equipment and parts are available from their European dealer network. With the upgraded platform and additional used equipment tools, the company aims to increase the second-hand value of all items on the market by maximizing awareness and interest in high-specification European machinery.
