Contractor chooses Hyva again
Tipper operators Roland Young Ltd have ordered a Hyva FCT162 ram-tank tipping gear for their latest Scania 114C-340 eight-wheel truck.
The company specialize in providing timed deliveries of aggregates to static asphalt and concrete batching plants for most of the major construction materials and quarrying companies across the UK. The majority of loads are timed to meet each customer’s precise delivery window.
"Driver comments about the operation of the Hyva FCT162 tipping gear have so far been favourable, reporting that it is easier to control when compared to underfloor gear they have previously used. It is also said to be more stable on the road as the body doesn’t move from side to side when the truck is in motion."
