New BETEX VibChecker vibration monitoring meter from QBC designed for quick vibration surveys

THE new BETEX professional VibChecker vibration monitoring meter from Quality Bearings & Components (QBC) is a light and compact-sized instrument designed for quick and accurate vibration surveys.

The meter, model TB-C780201, provides portable and user-friendly vibration measurement in the 10-1,000Hz frequency range, with measurement results immediately and automatically evaluated against ISO standards.

With its built-in probe, easy button operation and clear symbols, VibChecker is a ready-to-go instrument – simply point the probe and measure to locate vibration-related problems. Green, yellow and red LEDs indicate the vibration severity and a real-time FFT spectrum is produced for easy pattern recognition. The results can be stored for documentation and follow-up.

VibChecker can be used to trend vibration levels on fans, motors, pumps, compressors and other types of rotating process machinery, providing a cost-effective predictive maintenance tool.
