Caterpillar committed to customer success
Presenting a full line-up of Caterpillar products and services, Finning’s stand at Hillhead 2007 will once again be a hub of activity. Under the theme of ‘Your Success. Our Commitment’, both Caterpillar and Finning will be outlining their comprehensive package of national service and support options, and highlighting their focus and full commitment to supporting their customers’ business success.
A large line-up of Cat machines will be on display on the stand (Z5), including new products such as the 770 and 772 rigid dumptrucks with their centre-mounted cabs, the 775F-Series off-highway truck, the 730 Ejector articulated truck, and C-Series excavators and re-handling equipment.
Another feature of the Caterpillar stand will be a dedicated customer-support area featuring information about Finning’s service capabilities, such as: undercarriage management; increasing the life of ground-engaging tools while improving productivity; repair and maintenance options; customer-support agreements; and contamination control.
Finning’s specialist rebuild team will also be on hand to demonstrate the Caterpillar Certified Rebuild capability, which can give machines a completely new lease of life. On display will be one customer’s 988F loading shovel that has been upgraded to the highest specification available.
In addition, Caterpillar equipment demonstrators will be running live demonstrations four times a day in the adjacent demo area to show operators how to get the best out of their machines in order to optimize productivity while lowering owning and operating costs.
