‘BIG’ interest in new tyre range

Bandvulc Tyres, manufacturers of retreaded truck tyres, are celebrating the success of their BIG tyre range after selling over 700 units within the first month of its official launch.

Designed specially for local/regional operations, the new BIG (Bandvulc Independent Group) tyres features a ‘luggy’ pattern and are available in four key tyre sizes, allowing the range to be fitted across an entire fleet.

Phil West, sales director at Bandvulc Tyres, said: ‘The idea for BIG was conceived after research indicated that the market lacked a universal tyre, so we swiftly acted by developing in line with what was wanted in terms of tread depth and curbing band options. Following initial trials, the BIG range has shown that it outperforms the competition, is priced correctly and is right for the market segment.’
