Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

A possible candidate could be a person that will have a relevant input into the development and the success of Oli in the UK.

The person will oversee the development of the market in England moreover the candidate will supervise the delivery of annual sales targets and boarder business development.

Requirements of the role:

You would be required to grow business within new and existing clients, generating sales, booking meetings, generating leads, ultimately you would be office based one week then out on appointments the next week. Due to the geographic area you would be required to cover, overnight stays will be required.

In particular:

  • Take track and maintain database of existing and potential customer, through the development of a CRM system.

  • Make cold calls and try to open new doors.

  • Working on a team and providing support as necessary.

  • Coordinate and follow-up on existing leads and generate new leads in an effective and structured manner.

  • Developing sales strategies and innovative methods of generating new business.

  • Contribute to the on-going planning and development of the company’s sales and marketing and business development strategies.

  • Adherence to the company Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.

  • Any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
