Introduction to the Quarries Regulations and ACOP

A one-day course based on improving knowledge of the Quarry Regulations 1999 and ACOP. It displays an overview of the key features required when attending a quarry.

The aim of this course is to provide candidates with the basic understanding of Regulations, Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) and guidance regarding what and cannot be done when on a quarry site. The Quarry Regulations main occupation is to familiarise delegates with legislation relevant to quarries.
