What is the ECGG?
The aim of the Early Careers Geoscientists Group (ECGG) is to provide a forum to help make personal development accessible and relevant to geoscientists within the industry.
Who is the ECGG for?
Geoscience professionals within the quarrying industry who are in the early stages of their careers.
We are looking for geoscience professionals with less than 10 years pre-chartership industry experience and up to 5 years post-chartership experience (a maximum of 15 years total), to come together to discuss personal development and career pathways.

This interactive launch day will introduce attendees to the ECGG, enabling them to network with like-minded peers, give their opinions on the future of the ECGG and discuss how we can encourage the next generation of quarrying geoscientists.
