Operations Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team within Hills Quarry Products Ltd.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary, between £60,000.00 – £65,000.00 per annum dependent on experience, alongside a range of benefits including:

Reporting to the Divisional Director – Quarry Products, the successful candidate will be responsible for the control of all on-site activities whilst complying with all relevant Health & Safety, and otherwise, regulations that apply to the work environment.

The main responsibilities of the role include cost management in line with departmental budget, looking to improve current process subsequently increasing profitability and efficiency, to maximise the utilisation of resources, and to achieve restoration objectives across all Hills Quarry Products sites.
