Raymond Brown Quarry Products achieve ISO 45001 accreditation
Company celebrates recertifications in health and safety and environmental management
RAYMOND Brown Group have marked their commitment to operational excellence by achieving international recertification from the British Standards Institute (BSI), receiving the ISO 45001 Standard in Occupational Health and Safety Management and the ISO 14001 Standard in Environmental Management.
ISO 45001 is the world’s first international standard for occupational health and safety (OH&S), providing a framework to increase safety, reduce workplace risks, and enhance health and well-being at work, allowing an organization to proactively improve its OH&S performance.
In addition to the aforementioned ISO standards, Raymond Brown have again been successful in the recertification of the ISO 9001 Standard in Quality Management.
Steven Laight, HSQE manager at Raymond Brown, said: ‘Our sites consistently demonstrate audit readiness, requiring only a small amount of preparation for each audit and the auditor noted that all activities reviewed as part of the audit were very well managed and controlled.
