Co. Durham-based Sapphire Screen Products have invested in a new bespoke CNC punching press (pictured above) to meet the growing demand for their Trudec and Truflex punched-rubber tensioned screen cloths.
The punching press utilizes a special software package designed to Sapphire’s exact specification. Key benefits of the system include short delivery leads times, greater product flexibility and the ability to accurately punch a wide range of polyurethane and rubber screen media and modular systems.
The recent investment in the new machine and the company’s ISO 9001:2000 quality accreditation reflects Sapphire’s continuing commitment to providing a high-quality service and a comprehensive range of products to their customers.
