New tracked crusher from Tesab

The new Tesab 1200TC tracked mobile unit features a cone crusher that has been well proven in static applications in Scandinavia and Australasia. 

The 1,200mm-diameter crusher unit features a large opening that can accept up to 250mm feed size and has a high reduction ratio of up to 16:1. Four sizes of concaves are available with a shared common mantle size. The closed-side setting of the cone can be adjusted while crushing. 

Applications include: hard rock quarrying; closed-circuit with screening plant; and concrete recycling. Safety features include a metal-detector system with automatic clearance design on the feed conveyor and a large hydraulic accumulator to protect against tramp metal.
