New rapid-installation wet batching plant
CONCRETE equipment specialists Utranazz have added the Mobil 3 wet batching plant to their range. The Mobil 3 is designed for quick assembly and can be up and working in just two days. It is capable of producing up to 80 cu m per hour of wet concrete, making it suitable for round-the-clock, large-volume concrete production.
The compact design of the Mobil 3 plant, which is fully galvanized for maximum durability, makes it easy to transport, while its pre-assembled modular design ensures it can be set up in four simple stages.
Stage one: unload from the lorry; stage two: assemble framework and ladders; stage three: unfold panels to create aggregate bins and lift pan mixer into position (the mixer is integrated into the framework and simply unfolds); and stage four: connect control panel to the mains power supply – the control cabin is pre-wired and easily connects to all controls.
The plant requires minimal ground preparation and can be set up on only 60 sq m of hardstanding.
Utranazz say the Mobil 3 is fitted with a forced planetary pan mixer, which ensures a high-quality homogenized concrete mix and is especially suited to specialized and difficult product mixes, as well as screeds and mortars.
The entire plant is managed from a control cabin equipped with touch-screen panels and an A4 paper printer to ensure traceability and quality assurance.
