New oscillating mount from Lovejoy

US-based Lovejoy have increased their range of oscillating screen mounts with the addition of the Rosta AB-HD 50. The latest model improves on the rugged characteristics of the company’s heavy-duty mounts, with advantages including:

• Controlled performance; the AB-HD 50 eliminates the need for side-snubbers, owing to its 16 rubber inserts absorbing the remaining energy of the screen box during shutdown. It also removes the need for an expensive drive system with electro-magnetic brak
• Configuration; the compact Rosta AB-HD 50 is developed for heavy, free-oscillating screens and shaker conveyors. It can fit into tight spaces and is suitable for integration into existing screens as an easy replacement for coils and marshmallows.
• Economy; the mount eliminates the need for auxiliary parts, including arresters. Lovejoy say the AB-HD 50 has the best cost-per-load relation of any system on the market.
