New management appointment at Groeneveld

Erik Schiphorst to take over responsibility for worldwide marketing and sales of Groeneveld products

ERIK Schiphorst has been appointed as director of marketing & sales with Groeneveld Transport Efficiency, manufacturers of automatic greasing systems, oil management and Greensight active safety systems.

With effect from 1 May 2012, Mr Schiphorst will be responsible for worldwide sales activities through the more than 30 wholly owned Groeneveld subsidiaries, importers and dealers, as well as leading manufacturers of earthmoving equipment, trucks and trailers.

He has previously held the positions of managing director of Volvo Trucks Netherlands and Volvo Trucks Austria, and since August 2005 has been director of sales and marketing, and vice-chairman of the board at TVM Insurances.
