New focus for CDE in Germany
CDE Deutschland developed from distribution agreement between CDE Global Ltd and Jurgen Kolsch GmbH
CDE Global have announced the formation of CDE GmbH, trading as CDE Deutschland. The new company was founded in December 2012 and has developed from a distribution agreement for Southern Germany that was in place between CDE Global Ltd and Jurgen Kolsch GmbH.
The move sees Mr Stefan Kolsch and Mr Sean McCusker assume roles as directors within the new company. CDE Deutschland will have exclusive responsibility for the sales, distribution, project management and after-sales and service elements of the CDE business in Germany.
Commenting on the announcement, Mr Kolsch said: ‘This gives washing a new focus in Germany and ensures that we are able to offer a level of washing expertise, project-management capability and service support that is only available when construction materials producers buy direct from the manufacturer.’
Mr McCusker added: ‘We will now be able to offer a superior level of technical expertise to CDE customers in Germany, which is often diluted when using the standard industry distribution agreements.’
CDE Deutschland will be exhibiting at Bauma Munich from 15–21 April 2013 and can be found on Open Area North, stand number F10/N1022. A dedicated website for CDE Deutschland is currently under construction for release at the Bauma exhibition.
