Making a big impact

A Plus Materials Recycling Inc., based in Stockton, California, are currently utilizing eight items of Extec plant and equipment, all supplied by Extec California, to offer their customers a wide-ranging materials recycling service. The latest machine to join the company’s fleet is an Extec I-C13 impact crusher (pictured above) equipped with a recirculation system, which A Plus have recently used on a coal-reclamation contract. Here, the machine achieved an average throughput of 150 tonnes/h producing a consistent product in a single pass. According to A Plus, the recirculation system proved invaluable for this task, with the I-C13’s advanced Krupp Hazemag impactor box delivering superior product reduction and the machine’s strong web and flange chassis and Cat C-13 engine providing overall reliability and usability.
