Acquisition of Tarrant Concrete – a leading provider of ready-mixed concrete in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
LafargeHolcim have acquired Tarrant Concrete, one of the leading providers of ready-mixed concrete in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, for an undisclosed sum.
LafargeHolcim say the transaction will strengthen their existing operations in one of the most attractive and biggest ready-mixed concrete and aggregates markets in the US.
Jan Jenisch, chief executive officer of LafargeHolcim, said: ‘The acquisition of Tarrant Concrete follows our Strategy 2022 – ‘Building for Growth’ by capturing growth opportunities in our most attractive markets.
