Gold award

Lafarge’s Roxwell landfill site, near Chelmsford, has secured a Gold Award under Essex County Council’s Mineral Working and Landfill Environmental Scheme for fulfilling stringent planning requirements and minimizing the environmental impact of the former sand and gravel site, which has now become a haven for wildlife.
