FLEXA harnesses combing comfort and safety
PROTECTA, a Capital Safety brand, is launching its new range of FLEXA harnesses, which are said to offer greater freedom of movement by providing more flexibility and comfort for users.
A new thigh strap design provides complete and independent pelvic mobility, while elastic shoulders allow the harness to support upper-body movements and thereby avoid any uncomfortable pulling on the wearer’s shoulders.
The new harnesses, which meet CE EN361-2002 and EN358-2002 standards, are available in six models and three sizes. There are also two versions: with or without a rotation support belt for working in work positioning or restraint with a pelvic rotation of almost 180°.
Additionally, three buckle types – standard, automatic and tongue and grommet – are available for precise adjustment of the harness to the body.
‘These days, comfort and freedom of movement play an indispensable role in working at height,’ said Alan Marley, European marketing manager for Capital Safety. ‘To meet this need, Capital Safety have developed a range of flexible harnesses which have not left comfort to chance, notably thanks to their elastic straps, thigh straps and rotation belts on some models.’
