CDE Mining at Bauma 2013
CDE will be showcasing their mineral processing expertise at Bauma 2013 with representatives from the CDE Mining Division on hand to present details of the new mining specifications for the company’s range of mineral processing equipment.
The range of equipment offered by CDE Mining includes a specific M2500 range designed for use on the processing of minerals such as iron ore, silica sands and frac sands. The company has already won a number of significant projects where the M2500 mining range has been employed including an iron ore processing system for Bhushan Power and Steel in India. Recent success has also been enjoyed in Australia with a major project underway in the production of silica sands in Western Australia.
Also on display at Bauma in Munich will be the AggMax 83 portable logwasher, which integrates the RotoMax RX80 logwasher and ProGrade horizontal sizing screen on a single chassis.
Dermot Murphy, strategic projects manager, CDE Mining, explained: ‘The RotoMax is proven as the most robust logwasher available as a result of the numerous global projects on which it has been employed. The capability to effectively scrub a wide range of mineral ores to remove contaminants which cause inefficiencies in downstream processes has ensured that the machine continues to be specified regularly in the mining sector.’
The CDE Mining range also includes equipment employed for tailings management including the Aquacycle thickener and GHT filter press.
Representatives from CDE Asia in Kolkata will also be available on the CDE stand, including managing director Manish Bhartia. ‘Kolkata is where our Ore Processing Knowledge Centre has been developed over the last seven years. We look forward to sharing our experience with visitors to Bauma and providing details of both the equipment we can offer and the range of supporting project services which allow operators in this sector the opportunity to maximixe the efficiency of their ore processing activities.’
