Board changes at Invicta Vibrators

Anthony Bailey becomes managing director as Colin Pask takes on role as company chairman

GRANTHAM Engineering Ltd, manufacturers of the Invicta range of industrial vibrators, have announced that Colin Pask (pictured centre) has stepped down from his position as managing director and will now concentrate on the role of company chairman.

His place will be taken by financial director Anthony Bailey (pictured left), who has worked with Mr Pask for more than 30 years.

In addition, Sam Pask (pictured right), Colin’s son, will now expand his responsibilities to assume the roles of sales director and deputy managing director.

The other members of the board – Nick Garton, works director; Phil Turley, research and development; and Huw Williams, technical director – remain in their previous positions.
