Approved generator from MOSA
Industrial equipment suppliers Wilkinson Star have launched the Network Rail-approved MOSA TS200-RW, an air- cooled, petrol-driven welder.
Designed to meet the requirements of Carillion Rail, features of the portable generator include the use of a separate 300A wire feed unit for MIG/MAG welding, a TC2-RW umbilical remote control and emergency stop button, adjustable electronic welding current control and a Honda GX390 OHV four-stroke petrol engine operating at 3,000 rev/min.
The TS200 RW has a 6.5 litre fuel tank and engine running time of 3.5h at 60% load. The generator meets EC engine noise compliance regulations and comes with a range of options, including heavy-duty 10m x 5mm2 welding cables, an inline digital welding amp and volt meter and a parallel welding control box that allows two welder generators to be connected together for heavier duty welding.
