This busy and demanding role is an exceptional opportunity for a conscientious individual who has extensive experience in managing a team of workshop & mobile engineers and welders working across a diverse fleet of equipment that support our Earthmoving, Quarrying and Civil Engineering operations across the UK. The individual will need to have extensive technical knowledge and experience and be familiar in dealing with Supply Chain Partners on Parts & Service provision.
Whilst often challenging the role is extremely rewarding working closely with the Plant Manager and reporting to the Managing Director.

The role requires a good understanding of industry Health, Safety and Environmental practices and the ability to communicate with colleagues, suppliers and customers in a collaborative manner.
