Technical Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Empower the Technical Manager with accreditation and quality support

• Drive collaboration between production, contracting, and sales for efficient mix designs

• Lead and manage lab/site staff, ensuring precise reporting

• Demonstrate excellence during internal and external audits

• Monitor material production and tackle challenges with innovative solutions

Essential Criteria:

• A-Level education or equivalent

• 3+ years of proven supervisory success in the construction industry

• Expertise in accreditation standards (BS, ISO, NRA)

• Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• A valid driving license for fulfilling duties

Role-Specific Skills/Knowledge:

• Problem analysis, compliance, stress tolerance, interpersonal skills, detail handling, planning and organising, and maintaining high work standards.
