We are seeking a quarry manager for our Penderyn quarry, near Aberdare, which services the South Wales market.
The main activities of the role include responsibility for Health and Safety, distribution and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will direct the effective management of the site, lead the operational team and ensure optimum production levels. You will also oversee quality, customer service and business efficiency, as well as driving continuous improvements in line with our ambitious environmental management plans.
A self-starter, with good communication skills, you will have at least five years’ relevant operational experience, including an NVQ Level 4 in SHE quarry operations.
