Quarries Operations Manager - Scotland

Reporting to the Quarries Managing Director you will have responsibility for all production and operational disciplines including fixed plant and equipment maintenance, mobile crushing and screening, quarry development and restoration.

This senior role requires an individual who has strong leadership and communication skills that can effectively manage, train and develop multi skilled teams whilst promoting a culture of health and safety excellence. A self motivated and driven individual you will have excellent planning and organisational proficiency that play a key part in the delivery of this diverse and dynamic business.

You will have a proven track record of achieving production targets, driving forward continuous improvements, and maximising process efficiencies at all levels. In addition you will hold a formal qualification such as SHE NVQ L4/5, DAPS or NEBOSH.
