Production Supervisor - Ridham
Fortis IBA Ltd are leaders in the recycling and production of IBA (Incinerator Bottom Ash), creating a quality sustainable aggregate for use within the construction industry and providing a critical element of the circular economy.
The business is seeking to appoint a Production Supervisor to supervise their new state-of-the-art 400,000tpa Incinerator bottom ash (IBA) processing facility based in Ridham Dock. The primary focus of the position is to manage the production levels, ensuring efficiency of the new processing plant and maximising metal recoveries while also meeting the highest standard of health and safety.
Key Accountabilities:
Operate the processing plant
Supervise the production team on site
Organise and carry out routine maintenance tasks
Follow defined procedures and safe systems of work for all activities on site
Support all operational activities on site as instructed by management
Deliver set production KPI’s
Skills / Experience:
History of supervisory roles
Ability to lead and work as part of a team
Conscientious, punctual and reliable
