As Walters Group celebrate our 40th Year of successful trading they need to look at making plans for the next 40 years….
Working predominantly from our South Wales Head Office & Workshop and working very closely with the Workshop and Maintenance Manager; ultimately reporting to the Managing Director. The role involves ensuring that our plant fleet achieves maximum availability and utilisation across the varied sectors in which it operates. Liaising with both our own sites and those of key external customers in organising fleet and operator deployment across Wales and the West of England.
The individual would work closely with OEM suppliers to ensure optimum service levels as well as being involved in our ongoing Plant and HGV / LV fleet replacement programmes.
