Managing Director - Quarries

Reporting to the Group CEO, you will have full responsibility for the effective leadership and financial performance of this diverse and dynamic division. As a leader you will have the passion and commitment to set and achieve challenging goals, take fast and decisive action when needed and inspire others to perform at the highest level they can.

As a member of the Executive Team you will provide strategic input into the future development of the Group whilst ensuring health, safety and quality excellence is maintained at all times.

You will have a proven track record of working within the minerals sector and have proficient communications skills. Among your primary objectives will be the long term sustainability of this successful business through operational and commercial effectiveness, cost reduction initiatives, environmental and green energy schemes and succession planning.
