The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the maintenance team within Brett Aggregates based at our Cliffe Site. Reporting to the Area Production Manager the role requires the leadership and management of the maintenance team and all maintenance works required for safe and efficient site operations.
Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of the plant and infrastructure associated with the site operations and rail infrastructure in line with company and legislative requirements.
Develop and manage KPIs for responsible works.
Control of Maintenance Costs within budget constraints.
Maintenance budget preparation / implementation and ensure budget costs are managed in line with business expectations.
Work closely with other stakeholders to identify and implement continual business improvement opportunities
The Requirements
To hold NVQ L3 or equivalent QCF
IOSH Managing Safely Qualification.
Proven track record in a similar role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level attention to detail
Full Clean Drivers Licence
