Leiths have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our forward thinking and rapidly expanding business.

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for the proactive and collaborative management and leadership of the Groups Integrated Management System ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, and legislation are complied with.

This senior role requires an individual who has strong interpersonal skills and can effectively provide specialist advice, coaching and practical support ensuring Group compliance with statutory, company and contractual requirements.

As a self-motivated and driven individual, you will develop, implement, and deliver HSEQ strategy and action plans for the Group whilst promoting a culture of health and safety excellence.

You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HSEQ role with a proven track record of enhancing HSEQ performance, driving forward continuous improvements, and contributing positively to industry related initiatives.

In addition, you will hold a formal qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, IEMA in Environmental Management and a minimum Graduate level membership of IOSH.
